ITF Junior Circuit tournament, Group 4, in Helsinki, Finland is conducted under the Rules of Tennis and the ITF Junior Circuit Regulations. The ITF Code of Conduct for ITF Junior Circuit Tournaments shall also be enforced.

The deadline for withdrawal without incurring any penalty is seven (7) days prior to the scheduled start of the singles main draw.

Travel Information:
Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is north of Helsinki. From the airport it takes about 25 minutes by taxi (about 250 FIM) to the tennis center. From the airport there is the bus no 519 every 30 minutes (ticket: 16 FIM, travel time: 35-45 min) to Itäkeskus (400 meters from the tennis center) or a Finnair shuttle bus every 20 minutes (ticket: 27 FIM, travel time: 35 min) to Helsinki City Terminal which is by the main railway station and at walking distance from the Scandic Hotel Marski.
